TYPES OF KITTING CARTS
Manual transport
“If the kitting or order picking cart is used only locally, manual movement of the cart may suffice.
In doing so, we choose wheels of top quality that, even under heavier loads, provide low rolling resistance and thus good ergonomics. For very heavily loaded carts, a powered wheel can be a huge added value.

Motorised transport
If the kitting or order picking cart needs to be moved over a longer distance, it is advisable to transport one or more carts together in a train formation using a tugger. For this purpose, we equip the carts with a tow hitch and top-quality wheels that ensure the carts follow the track smoothly and almost silently.
Another option is adding forklift sleeves to lift and move the cart. As you can see, there are plenty of possibilities, so feel free to contact our specialists to design and build your ideal cart.
Automated transport
Once your production flow is standardized, automating transport is a logical next step. This can be easily achieved with our AGV module, which we add to your existing carts.
Thanks to the modular design of our carts, they can also be easily adapted for an under-riding AMR or forklift AMR.
